Answers to the questionaire handout. 1) My name is David Skierczynski. I am a Buffalo native and a non-traditional student. 2) This class is ANT144W: Folklore and Folklife section 2940. 3) My major at Buffalo State College is Mechanical Engineering Technology along with a minor in Safety Studies. 4) To date I have not taken any other folklore or anthropology classes. 5) I have not taken any mythology courses, however I have read some material on Greek mythology along with watching any programs on Discovery or PBS. 6) Books I have read by J.R.R. Tolkien include the Lord of the Rings trilogy and some of the Hobbit. 7) I have seen all three films and I bought them some time ago so that I could watch the again as often as I wish. 8) I have not read any of the Harry Potter books. 9) However, I have seen all of the Harry Potter movies and I bought these as well.
